Online Essay & Resume Editing
This is a popular service for students with strong writing skills who need concentrated help with the editing and wordsmithing of their primary college essay, personal statements, supplemental essays, scholarship application essays and/or resumes, but who do not have much free time for in-person meetings. Using Google docs, I work one-on-one with the student to proofread, punctuate and polish his/her document drafts. On average, this typically takes about 30 mins to an hour per draft. All edits and comments are provided as suggestions so that the student has the final say in accepting or rejecting recommendations directly within the document. The fee for this service is $30/draft and requires instructor confirmation prior to making payment. To inquire about this service or to schedule a proofreading, email Francesca directly. Once this service is scheduled, payment can be made online using PayPal here.
